Hello,

First I am very sorry to write here in english, but i speak very few german (i can barely understand it, but i am not sure to be understood wink.gif ) .
I come on this german forum, because i have to say that it is very difficult to find useful informations about Jura Full-automat in French (I am French) or English, while i can see that it is quite a common machine for you.

Here is my problem:

I have bought a Jura Impressa Cappuccinatore on ebay.
This one:

The machine has already made around 9500 cofees, wich is probably quite high, but it is clean and in good condition.

My only concern is about the grinder.
On this machine there is only three grinder positions.
I have tried the three positions and i can't see much difference...
And even with the finest grinding, i have the feeling that the puck is mainly made of big particles of coffee powder.
See photo here : http://picasaweb.google.com/timothee.gros/...831508272845906

First, is it a "normal" grinding ?

Is it he grinder wich is too old ?
Is ther possibilities to djust the grinding beyond the 3 positions ? (maybe by opening the machine and modyfing the grinder position ?)

Thank you in advance,
Tim

Hello Tim,

the grinding result looks very good!
Don't compare it with coffee powder. If the machine grinds too fine the brew filter will block.
Note: Adjustment of grinder only while it is running! Don't do it while grinder is idle.
