Water problem

It doesn't mix the coffee with the water

Hello,
I am having problems with my NIVONA 710.
What happens is that it don't make a coffee at all. The water motor is ok because the vapor stills working fine. The grinder is also ok. When you press the buton to make a coffee, it just stops after grinding the coffee!

Any advice or tip will be great!

(at this moment I have my machine dismantled in pieces.. I tried to see if there was a broken wire or a pipe congested but i could not find anything strange at all)
