Hi Everyone, when making coffee in my EQ6 it sounds like it’s struggling and only a few drops of coffee come out, when it switches to hot water it flows freely with no problem. Sometimes, it will just not provide coffee and steam will come out the side of the machine (maybe relief valve?).
I’ve cleaned and descaled many times. I replaced the flow meter as this seemed an easy task and many posts point to this - but no change.
Because the hot water flows well, I don’t think it is the pump. Are there any ways to narrow down what it could be? I’d rather not spend lots on replacement parts that aren’t needed! Thanks
