Hello, i'm not a German speaker (feel free to delete the topic, or reply in German to me!) but i've used this forum countless times when repairing my De'Longhis and it made me know a lot about power board repairs. But I've hit a massive roadblock with my Dinamica ECAM350.55.B, where the brew group parked in the lowest position and threw a "General Alarm" error. Unpçugging and replugging will make the machine try to startup (you hear the pump puzzing for a few seconds), then a relay click, the brew group doesn't go up, and "general alarm" pops up again. Sometimes the machine does startup, but not anymore.
Both NTCs are good, and installing two new ones gives the same error
Lower and upper limit switches are good
There's continuity on both thermal cutoffs
Turning the transmission away from the bottom switch will cause the brew group to go down again, hit the lower limit switch, and throw the general alarm again.
The machine has less than 200 drinks over its life.
Only thing i haven't tested yet is the reed board, could it be the culprit?
Many thanks and happy coffee drinking
Alex
